Our Develop Ideas!!!

From our previous entry, we have shown the survey form that distributed in order to know what our 

potential customer needs. From the survey we had designed 3 best product that will suits their needs. 

If you just follow us, we intend to solve the daily problem of drivers who often have problem in 

using Touch n Go card.

These are our proposed design ideas for the product.

1) Glove

    Description: -Insert the card in the card slot of the glove. 

                         -Tap and good to go. 

                         -Prevent holding time to find your touch n go card.

2) Infrared Enhancing Card Holder

     Description: -Added engineered material that act as an amplifier to amplify 

                           the infrared wave signal to the touch panel.

                          -Easy to use 

3) Adjustable Pod

    Description: - Adjustable length and angle

                         - Can be used both for left hand and right hand drive

                         - 360 rotation

                        

From these sketches , we will do a selective table to know the best product to be produced.

How do we know what our customer needs??

To ensure our customer satisfy with our product, we must ensure that the product that we be 

produced will satisfy their demand as well as solving their problems.

To do a series of observations as well as survey were conducted.

These are the survey form that we distributed to consumers out there. Our main target is definitely people who drive a car. 

The ideas will be develop according to our customer needs..
