Assignments: Birds' poos on car problem

Birds' droppings are a huge problems for car owners where the droppings usually stick and retain on the car windscreen and very difficult to clean off. We have discussed this and generated a few ideas on how to overcome this problem. Here are some of them.

1. Used a car cover
The most simplest way to prevent the bird droppings from coming into contact with your car is to probably cover your car with a car cover. This cover provide a layer of safety to your car giving protection from the surrounding dirt.

Now you don't have to worry about bird droppings on your car windscreen or any part of your car body. Your only problem now is to wash the car cover instead. Although this is a practical solution, it might be tiresome to put on the car cover every time you park your car outside.

2. Club Soda for easy removal

Club Soda or carbonated water remove bird droppings easier than normal water. By spraying the club soda onto the droppings and let it sit for a while will make the droppings easy to clean. The carbonation will dissolve the dirt so it comes off with a single swipe. The club soda is also very soft and won't damage your car's paint if you use it to clean bird droppings on your car body.
By using this knowledge it is probably a good idea to change the regular water in your windscreen washer tank of your car with a club soda.

With this, you can spray the bird droppings on your windscreen with the club soda and wipe it off with car's wiper. This is probably a good idea since you can clean it inside your car while driving.

3. Disposable transparent sheet on top of windscreen

An idea for car manufacturer is to provide transparent sheets on top of car windscreen that can simply be peel off. The idea is to take the whole sheets together with the bird droppings from the windscreen and dispose it together without the need to worry about cleaning it off. These sheet could be multilayered where a set of new layered sheets could be place on top of the windscreen when you run out of them. The sheets need to be transparent enough that it didn't block the visibility of the windscreen while driving.
